Article 2 – Subject
This agreement concerns the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website, and the definition of the rights and obligations of the parties.
Article 3 – Product Information
Product type, basic characteristics, material information, price, payment method, and delivery information are specified on the relevant product page and in the order summary.
By confirming the order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this information.
Article 4 – Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days at the latest following payment confirmation.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Right of Return
Due to hygiene and health reasons, the buyer cannot return the products received or exercise their right of withdrawal.
For hygiene and health reasons;

-Has come into contact with the skin
- Lost its suitability for resale.
The right to withdraw from purchase is not valid for these products , and no refunds will be given.
Earrings , in particular , are excluded from returns and exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
However, in the event that the product is delivered damaged or the wrong product is sent , within 3 days of receiving the order.

Article 6 – Defective Product
If the delivered product is defective or damaged, the Buyer may exercise their legal rights under the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
In this case, the Buyer must contact the Seller in writing.
Article 7 – Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, strikes, and technical malfunctions that occur beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure events.
Article 8 – Entry into force
By placing an order through the website, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement.
Article 9 – Competent Authorities
Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in resolving disputes.
